Tracey:

Could you help me? I have my first Lunch and Learn this week! What do you recommend saying and doing? Fun ideas?I am going into a very small business that already has 5-6 people interested in a boot camp after work. I am going in for a Lunch and Learn to talk to the rest of the employees about who I am and what I do. This is my first Lunch and Learn! What creative ideas do you have to make it fun, informative, etc?

Hey Denise,
I would have them do a few things such as arm circles for 5 min while you are talking and tell them that they can not drop their arms (of course make sure no one has shoulder issues and let them off the hook) and this is just to demonstrate how such a simple move can hurt so much and while they are doing this start your talk. I would tell them who you are and why you do what you do and them instead of listing all of your services, tell them about how it will effect them, what is in it for them and how they will feel after doing your class. This will get them emotionally involved and that is what will sell them on your program. Hope this helps and let me know how it goesSmile
